Biostatistics Core
The Biostatistics Core of the UCLA Center for AIDS research is designed to serve as a centralized resource for biostatistical expertise to support AIDS research at UCLA.
Clinical Research Facilitation Core
The primary responsibility of the Clinical Research Facilitation Core is to facilitate the process of IRB submissions for faculty, fellows, new researchers and translational researchers who do not have a great deal of experience with human subjects research.
Mucosal Immunology Core
The main role of the core is to foster multidisciplinary interactions that will advance AIDS research, and to bridge basic and clinical investigations in the area of HIV-related pathogenesis, treatment strategies and, importantly, vaccine development.
